In the newly released document, Leaving Children to Chance, released by the National Association of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) ranks all 50 states, the Department of Defense (DoD), and the Discrict of Columbia.
Oklahoma earned the highest score at 80%. In the 2010 rankings we were #2 behind the state of Delaware, which fell to #4.
