Families may quality if the gross household income is approximately $2,425 per month or less with one child in care, $2,925 per month with two children in care, and $3,625 per month with three of more children in care. 

 

Apply or renew your eligibility online at OKDHSLive!.  Complete the Request for Benefits form and mail, fax or take it to your local OKDHS Office during business hours.

 

 

Tribal Financial Assistance

Members of Federally recognized tribes may be eligible to receive help paying for their child care.  Call the tribal headquarters of your tribe to find out whether they offer child care assistance.
